{"id":18002,"date":"2025-08-07T14:24:03","date_gmt":"2025-08-07T14:24:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/proiecte\/electroputere-parc-craiova-urmarirea-comportarii-in-timp-a-constructiilor\/"},"modified":"2025-08-07T14:30:08","modified_gmt":"2025-08-07T14:30:08","slug":"electroputere-parc-craiova-monitoring","status":"publish","type":"proiecte","link":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/projects\/electroputere-parc-craiova-monitoring\/","title":{"rendered":"Electroputere Parc Craiova"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Location<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calea Bucure\u0219ti no. 80, Craiova Municipality, Dolj County<\/strong><br \/>\nElectroputere Parc includes a commercial gallery with a total built area of <strong>40,173 sqm <\/strong>(ground floor = <strong>30,395 sqm<\/strong> + mezzanine = <strong>9,778 sqm<\/strong>), featuring a diverse mix of approximately <strong>120 national and international stores and brands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The gallery was extended in <strong>2022<\/strong>, with an additional <strong>5,500 sqm of commercial space<\/strong> and <strong>1,200 sqm of outdoor areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><em>Excluded from this assessment are other facilities located within the commercial center, such as the Auchan hypermarket, Leroy Merlin DIY store, Decathlon, and Media Galaxy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Structural integrity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following phenomena were monitored:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>cracking of structural elements<\/li>\n<li>exposure of reinforcement bars<\/li>\n<li>crushing, displacements, disintegration<\/li>\n<li>visual alterations<\/li>\n<li>corrosion of metal components and concrete reinforcements<\/li>\n<li>changes in the dimensions of joints between structural elements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Protective layers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following types of protective elements were assessed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>protective finishes<\/li>\n<li>waterproofing systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main issues monitored regarding protective elements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>detachment from the base layer<\/li>\n<li>visual alterations<\/li>\n<li>aging<\/li>\n<li>cracking<\/li>\n<li>staining, exfoliation<\/li>\n<li>abnormal deformation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functionality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Monitored aspects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>clogging of drainage systems<\/li>\n<li>porosities, cracks, and fissures in sealed components<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Current monitoring<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":17988,"template":"","categories":[46],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18002","proiecte","type-proiecte","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-ucc"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proiecte\/18002","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proiecte"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/proiecte"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/proiecte\/18002\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/17988"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=18002"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=18002"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/xplorate.ro\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=18002"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
