The development is built around a balance between urban living and nature, in an area already under significant development pressure.<\/p><p data-start=\"304\" data-end=\"682\">Cortina Elysium is the first project where a pre-apartmenting documentation was submitted following the entry into force of the <strong>Nordis Law (March 9, 2026)<\/strong>, and Xplorate is the first topo-geodetic company in Romania to submit such a project.
