Location: Urziceni, Ialomița county

Urziceni railway station is a major rail hub connecting several major cities in the country.

Purpose:

  • 3D laser scanning  for the drawing up 2D floor plans for the construction (as-built plans, elevations plans, facade surveys and characteristic sections), necessary in the building rehabilitation process.

Equipment used: Leica RTC360 scanner

Team: 2 land surveyors experienced in 3D laser scanning / 1 surveyor experienced in point cloud processing

Activity:

  • 122 3D scanning stations
  • 282 network links
    Network accuracy +/- 3.5 mm
