Electroputere Parc includes a commercial gallery with a total built area of 40,173 sqm (ground floor = 30,395 sqm + mezzanine = 9,778 sqm), featuring a diverse mix of approximately 120 national and international stores and brands.
The gallery was extended in 2022, with an additional 5,500 sqm of commercial space and 1,200 sqm of outdoor areas.
Excluded from this assessment are other facilities located within the commercial center, such as the Auchan hypermarket, Leroy Merlin DIY store, Decathlon, and Media Galaxy.
Structural integrity
The following phenomena were monitored:
- cracking of structural elements
- exposure of reinforcement bars
- crushing, displacements, disintegration
- visual alterations
- corrosion of metal components and concrete reinforcements
- changes in the dimensions of joints between structural elements
Protective layers
The following types of protective elements were assessed:
- protective finishes
- waterproofing systems

- detachment from the base layer
- visual alterations
- aging
- cracking
- staining, exfoliation
- abnormal deformation
Functionality
Monitored aspects:
- clogging of drainage systems
- porosities, cracks, and fissures in sealed components
