Current monitoring – Visual inspection of the facility

The Tom Constanța Shopping Gallery underwent a periodic monitoring process covering approximately 80 commercial spaces with a total area of 25,772 sqm, as well as technical spaces and access corridors totaling 5,856 sqm.

The monitoring also included the roof and perimeter enclosures of the shopping gallery and technical areas under the beneficiary’s management. In addition, the evaluation covered the Decathlon, Jysk, and Lem’s stores.

The ongoing monitoring activities were carried out over three days, resulting in a set of recommendations aimed at maintaining and improving operational conditions
