Cortina Elysium

Cortina Elysium, located in the northern area of Bucharest, near Băneasa Forest (Padina Street no. 2–10), combines a premium location with a strong focus on detail. The development is built around a balance between urban living and nature, in an area already under significant development pressure.

Cortina Elysium is the first project where a pre-apartmenting documentation was submitted following the entry into force of the Nordis Law (March 9, 2026), and Xplorate is the first topo-geodetic company in Romania to submit such a project. The development includes over 900 units and sets a benchmark for how residential projects align with the new regulatory requirements.

The project involved a full range of services: survey engineering, topographic site plans, cadastral operations for land configuration, as well as pre-apartmenting and division into apartments.
