Cloud9 Evolution is located in the northern part of the city, in the Aviatiei area. Developed by the real estate division of Alfa Group, the project highlights an urban lifestyle centered on comfort, connectivity, and high construction standards. The three new buildings (C1, C2, and C3), currently under development, feature a structure of 2 basements + ground floor + 10 stories + technical floor, totaling 612 individual units and 652 parking spaces, offering a balanced mix of apartments.
Within this project, Xplorate Group provides on-site topographic assistance and essential measurements that ensure accurate execution.
These include setting out architectural levels, marking axes for window frame and ventilated façade installation, as well as performing As-Built measurements to verify execution on each floor.
All these stages are supported by 3D laser scanning, delivering clear, real-time updated data. Beyond execution, Xplorate also contributes to the cadastral documentation for apartment division, ensuring accurate records necessary for the sales phase and final reception.
