Corbeanca property – Unirii Road no. 81

Location: Ilfov, Corbeanca

Objective: Floor plans, cross sections and facades for the residential building and annex.

Deliverables: 2 floor plans, 2 cross sections and 4 facades for the residential building and 2 horizontal sections, 2 cross sections and 4 facades for the annex.

Scanning area: 860 sqm

Equipment used: Trimble TX8

Team: 2 surveyors with experience in 3D scanning and engineering topography/ 1 land surveyor with experience in point cloud processing

Workflow (office and on-site):

Acquisition of site located in Ilfov, Corbeanca
Determining the positioning of the scanning stations as well as the resolution used according to the degree of detail required by the design theme
The connection of the previously positioned stations was made based on the scanned joint plans (the joint plans are represented by: floor, ceiling, partition walls). A total of 122 3D laser scanning stations were completed
The point cloud recording was done with the Trimble RealWorks program with a general deviation of 1,693 mm (overall cloud-to-cloud error)
Extracting the horizontal and vertical sections but also the facades from the point cloud using AutoCAD.
