Quartier Azuga, a residential project located at 32 Azuga Street, Sector 2, Bucharest.

Services provided:

Phase 1: Two semi-collective residential buildings with a height regime of B+G+5F+6RF (Basement+Ground Floor+5 Floors+Recessed Floor) are nearing completion. They are currently in the finishing stage, ready to be handed over to beneficiaries in the coming months.

Phase 2: The construction of three new buildings, which will expand the residential complex with approximately 130 additional housing units.

Equipment used:

  • Trimble S5 Robotic Total Station
  • Trimble DiNi 03 Digital Level
  • Stonex GPS

Xplorate Group Team: 7 land surveyors with experience in survey engineering.
