The project involved full topographic assistance on site, with a direct impact on execution accuracy and on preventing discrepancies between the design and the reality in the field.
We were involved in all stages, covering both the initial reference setup and the layout works required for execution:
- establishment and extension of the planimetric and altimetric geodetic network for layout
- technical consultancy for clarifying aspects of the technical project
- marking property boundaries in accordance with cadastral documentation
- layout of vertical systematization elements
- measurements for earthwork volume calculations (cut and fill)
- layout of key construction elements: axes, wall positions, reference levels
- preparation of layout reports and documentation
Constant presence on site ensured continuous control of execution and quick correction of any deviations, keeping the works aligned with the project and agreed timelines.
