Obtaining preparing documents

OCPI/BCPI Documents

Duplicate of cadastral documentation: We rapidly obtain duplicates for the cadastral documentation of a land property or individual unit (exclusive space within a condominium: apartment, storage unit, commercial space, administrative space and others).
Land Book Excerpt for information includes technical information: property address, within / outside built-up areas regime, land use category, area, cadastral number, technical description and legal information: owners’ names and title deeds; information about imposed charges: mortgages, prohibitions, disputes, servitudes, others.
Cadastral plan excerpt on the orthophotoplan represents a general zoning plan that contains linear details of the property under consideration and other neighboring properties existing in OCPI graphical database. It is issued on orthophotoplan support and delivered in digital format (file .pdf) with an electronic signature.
